TIC Account Management
TIC prides itself on the level of account management that it has developed. Each client has the comforting factor that the sales consultant and their team are allocated as personel account managers and remain their prime point of contact during the installation and for future requirements. A point of contact within the team will be responsible for a smooth exchange of telephone switches with the least possible disruption. They will also be able to answer most questions asked and handle any issues as promptly as possible.
Installations that are deemed to require handling on a larger and more personel scale are allocated a Project Manager.
