TIC Project Management
Project Services are responsible for all TIC Customer Services projects. The team provide support in scoping and delivering customer solutions, from sales cycle through to the delivery phase. A structured approach is used to co-ordinate projects based on processes and documentation. The Projects team are very successful in communicating at any level, managing and coordinating implementations with a high level of control and efficiency passing those benefits onto the customer. In most cases the project manager will take the lead and drive the project forward by initiating project meetings, setting tasks/objectives, taking ownership and delivering all associated documents pre, mid and post installation.
