solution integrates the home or remote worker seamlessly with the corporate
IP PBX or more traditional PBX. Calls from the corporate PBX extension
are routed to the mobile or remote user using VoIP.
Your remote or mobile workers can connect using a standard ADSL line,
or from a wireless hotspot or a 3G mobile connect card all of which will
give good quality calls.
Should a standard land line connection suffice then TIC are able to carry
their land line call traffic and add the costs to the invoice that is
sent to the company, this eradicates the need for employees to complete
an expense form for their business call usage and enables the client to
view all of the calls that have been dialled from home via the complimentary
call management package that is offered.
