Re-Tell offer line side call recorders for use with any telephone system.
Calls are encrypted at source and so call recordings are legally admissible.
Re-Tell call recording units work on all types of trunks; Analogue, ISDN2, ISDN30 and IP and are available with a Call Analyser that gives statistics as well as the recordings.
Calls are recorded to an existing server or PC, or the product can be supplied with a server.
NEC Call Recording
MyCalls Call Recorder is a line side call recorder from our partners at NEC. The product is developed and supported within the UK from NEC’s head office in Nottingham. It is available for all types of lines; Analogue, ISDN2, ISDN30 and IP but is only compatible with NEC telephone systems.
As the recorder is line side it records the calls from the second it is answered by the receptionist or auto attendant to when the phone is put down, wherever the call is transferred to.
Calls are encrypted at source and as such are legally admissible in a court of law.
Comvurgent Extension Call Recorder
This device sits between the handset and the telephone system and records all calls be they internal or external. As it is an extension recorder, recordings start when the handset is picked up, rather than when the call hits the telephone system and is answered.
This means that if a call is transferred around the office it will be recorded in snippets on each extension rather than as one big file.
This is the most cost effective call recording solution.
